1. What type of therapy do you offer?
I offer integrative, relational therapy, drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches including evidence based to support your unique needs. My work is grounded in clinical psychology and focuses on building a safe, collaborative relationship that facilitates lasting change.
2. What issues can therapy help with?
Therapy can support a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, trauma, burnout, and life transitions. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or seeking deeper self-understanding, therapy can help.
3. What are your fees?

Individual therapy: £50 per 50-minute session
Couples therapy: £75 per 60-minute session

Sessions are held weekly via secure video call. I do not offer in-person appointments at this time.
4. How long will I need therapy?
The length of therapy varies depending on your goals and situation. Some clients come for short-term support, while others choose to engage in longer-term work. We’ll review progress together to make sure therapy continues to meet your needs.
5. Do you offer online or in-person sessions?
I currently offer online sessions only, conducted via a secure and confidential video platform. This allows for flexibility, comfort, and accessibility from wherever you are.
6. What happens in the first session?
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, your hopes for the process, and any questions you may have. It’s also an opportunity to see how we might work together.
7. Is therapy confidential?
Yes. What you share in therapy is confidential. The only exceptions are if there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, or if required by law. If any concerns arise, I’ll aim to speak with you about them first.
